Barbara’s skills as a trainer are exceptional. She has studied a wide range of techniques – weight training yoga, pilates.
She is able to incorporate them into my workout so that each time it is tailored to my needs that day. She combines focus, discipline and fun so that I stretch myself and work harder and more efficiently. Barbara is passionate about fitness as part of living a healthy, balanced life, and she really lives by this herself. She is also knowledgeable about nutrition – I credit her with getting me onto raw juice way before it went ‘viral’. She is generous with her attention – fully responsive in the moment with a rare combination of discipline and lightness. Workouts are always challenging and always uplifting!
