I first met Barbara Crean 3 yrs ago when I was experiencing fairly extensive medical complications and had not exercised in a very long time.
Barbara’s willingness to learn about my specific issues and work with me to design a program that was tailored to my specific needs had a profound impact.
We began with yoga and as I gained strength both mentally and physically, we moved to Pilates training to reestablish core strength and work on my posture and general strength training.
I have also worked with Barbara in a more traditional strength training capacity where again she was successful in identifying and focusing on areas that required specific focus and attention.
Barbara is a multi-disciplined trainer, with a strong command of how to connect to her clients specific needs and desires. from yoga to Pilates, strength training to cross fit, I couldn’t be more grateful for having had the opportunity to work with such a knowledgable, intuitive trainer.
Her knowledge and understanding of people and their needs on both a physical and spiritual level makes working with her a rewarding experience.
